Shipping Policies

SHIPPING PROCESS

After your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order immediately and you can expect your items to ship within 1- 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please check your spam emails if you did not receive an order confirmation email or a shipping notification email within this time frame!

We do offer free local pickup in West Chester, Ohio for those located in the area.

SHIPPING CHARGES

At this time we can only ship to the United States and its territories. Shipping in mainland US* is a flat rate with an additional charge per item added to your order. We will ship using either USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever is the best rate!

Economy Shipping $6.00 + $.50 per additional item 5 to 8 business days

Local Pickup Free 3 to 5 business days

*US Territories and Hawaii & Alaska will be invoiced once orders are packed and weighed. Packages are limited to 10 lbs. Please email us at hello@speakeasyapothecary.co for a shipping quote ahead of ordering.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Speakeasy Apothecary, we will invoice the buyer for additional shipping PLUS any charges the delivery service charged for the return delivery before resending. If a refund is requested, shipping and return charges will be deducted from the final refund.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE POLICY/SHIPPING INSURANCE

If your order is damaged please contact us at hello@speakeasyapothecary.co as soon as possible, within 3 business days of receiving it and include a description of the damage and pictures, including the packaging and box. We will submit a claim to get your order replaced quickly. Please keep all packaging in case the carrier requests to inspect it. If your order is lost by the carrier contact us at the above email address and we will work to get it replaced.

PROCESSING TIME

Fulfillment timing is typically 1 to 2 business days. If for any reason our processing time is longer than this, a banner will be visible at the top of our website to indicate our current processing times.

Multiple orders to the same address may be combined at our discretion. However shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return and Refund Policies

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final and non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or defective products.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be modified once placed. Orders may be combined at the discretion of Speakeasy Apothecary, LLC. However, shipping costs are non-refundable. In the rare circumstance an order cancellation request is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if you find an item is defective, damaged due to leakage or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate and issue a replacement or credit. We will be unable to honor a request after this timeframe. Speakeasy Apothecary, LLC reserves the right to request return of product or a sample for inspection prior to issuing a refund.
